Tiramisu Martinis 🍸 a perfect holiday drink to impress your guests 🎄 this holiday season! Here is how you can make it:

Ingredients
1/2 cup Baileys Irish cream
4 ice cubes
85 gr mascarpone
1 cup fresh brewed coffee
2 tablespoons soft brown sugar
2 lady fingers

Garnish
Coffee beans
Chocolate shavings Hershey

Mix the hot coffee with brown sugar and set aside to cool. Blend the Baileys and lady fingers with four ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Put the mascarpone in a bowl, add a third of the baileys mixture and whisk until smooth. Fold in the rest with a spoon. Pour the coffee in the martini glasses, pour in the Baileys mixture and garnish with coffee beans and chocolate curls! Enjoy! Nutella Bougatsa Roll Ups 🍫🎄Perfect for this festive season. Here is how you can make them 👇

Ingredients
• 5.5 cups whole milk
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup semolina, fine
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1/3 stick unsalted butter, cold
• 3 egg yolks room temperature
• 1 pinch salt
• 3/4 cup Nutella
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon Kahlua liquor
• 1/4 teaspoon instant coffee
• 1 phyllo pack # 7
• powdered sugar and cocoa for dusting

For the custard
In a pot, add the milk and sugar over medium heat until the milk comes to a boil.
Add the semolina and stir with a hand whisk, until the cream thickens.
Remove from the heat and add the vanilla extract,cold butter, and mix until the butter melts.
Add the yolks, salt, Nutella, cinnamon, Kahlua and instant coffee. Mix well until combined.
Transfer the custard into a bowl and set aside to cool.

Melt some sweet butter in a bowl and unroll the defrosted phyllo pack carefully to not break the sheets.
Take one sheet and brush melted butter all over. Fold in half horizontally and brush butter again.
At the corner of the sheet add 2-3 tablespoons of custard.
Then roll the sides inwards and roll It down to make small rolls.
Place on a baking sheet and repeat until all the phyllo sheets are done.
Brush each roll with melted butter and bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the rolls cool slightly.
Add some powdered sugar and cocoa and dust generously each roll. Serve warm!

You can bake them right away or freeze them for later!! FASOLAKIA YIAHNI 🇬🇷 GREEN BEANS IN TOMATO SAUCE 🥫the perfect blend between vegetables and green herbs 🌿Serve with cold feta and warm toasty bread 🥖 recipe below 👇
Ingredients
1 12oz bag trimmed green beans
3 small potatoes roughly chopped
1 small white onion roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves chopped
2 small graffiti eggplants chopped
5 mini sweet peppers assorted sliced lengthwise
13 oz tomato puree such as Kyknos
1 tablespoon dill chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of cayenne
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried mint

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. On the stovetop , in a medium braiser add 2 tablespoons olive oil. Once hot, sauté the potatoes, eggplant and onions. Next add the green beans, peppers and garlic. Pour in the tomato sauce, add the dill, parsley, mint, salt, pepper,cayenne and stir. Mix until combined and add the water. Turn off heat. Put the lid on the braiser and now bake for 45 min. Then take off lid and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve with cold feta and toasty bread!
